Project description:

The project aims to restructure the roof trusses and ceiling of the main building. In addition, an overall rehabilitation of the wiring system of the museum complex is included in the scope of the project.

Scope of the project:

1.0        MOBILIZATION AND SITE PREPARATION;

1.1.       Photo documentation (before, during and after);
1.2.       Temporary facility w/ electrical and water consumption;
1.3.       Rental/provision of scaffoldings and board-up;

1.4.       Construction safety and health requirements;
1.4.1.    Provision of personal protective equipment;
1.4.2.    Cordoning and fencing works;
1.4.3.    Construction signage;
1.4.4.    Installation of dropnets;

1.5.       Preparation of as-built plans (signed and sealed);

2.0        ROOFING WORK

2.1.       Provision of new roofing and roofing system (museum and e-learning);
2.2.       Waterproofing work of canopy (courtyard);

3.0        CEILING WORKS

3.1.       Repair of damaged acoustic boards at ground floor (museum);
3.2.       Provision of new ceiling system at second floor (museum), e-learning and canopy;

4.0        DOORS AND WINDOWS

4.1.       Repair, rehabilitation, and refinishing of doors and windows;
4.2.       Provision of tinting for all reflective glass windows;
4.3.       Provision of window ledge (courtyard);

5.0        TILE WORK

5.1.       Replacement of tiles at the museum;
5.2.       Repair and rehabilitation of tomb;

6.0        PAINTING WORK

6.1.       Surface preparation;
6.2.       Museum, e-learning, public toilet, guard house, tomb, perimeter fence and path walk roofing;

7.0        ELECTRICAL WORK

7.1.       Replacement of panel boards (museum);
7.2.       Rewiring and repair of damaged lighting fixtures (museum and e-learning);
7.3.       Provision of emergency light (museum);
7.4.       Rehabilitation of air-conditioning ducting and cables at stereoscopy room, gallery 5 and 6;
7.5.       Provision of projector at conference room;
7.6.       Replacement and rewiring of all convenience outlet (museum and e-learning);
7.7.       Transfer of main feeder line to main distribution panel (e-learning and tomb);
7.8.       Site Electrical Work
7.8.1.    Provision of new lamp posts;
7.8.2.    Provision of bollards;

8.0        PLUMBING WORK

8.1.       Repair of plumbing system at male and female restrooms (museum);

9.0        SITE DEVELOPMENT WORK

9.1.       Rehabilitation of tank house and PWD ramp;
9.2.       Provision of cobble stone path walk;

10.0      REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF EXISTING ”BAHAY KUBO”;

11.0      CLEARING AND CLEANING OF SITE
