Project description:
In response to the changing times brought by the Covid-19 pandemic, the NHCP is updrading its workplace focusing on the safety of the employees, information technology and organization of offices. One of the main scope is the recheking and rehabilitation of the electrical system in order to cope up with the amount of equipment and safety gadgets, the Commission will install.
Scope of work of the project:
1.) GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.1. Temporary facilities.
1.1.1. Field office Equipment & Maintenance
1.1.2. Office and Communication Equipment for the Field Office
1.2. Provision of form works and rental of steel scaffoldings
1.3. Construction of safety and health requirements.
1.3.1. Installation of drop nets.
1.3.2. Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) IATF requirements and compliance;
1.3.3. Cordoning and Fencing works
1.3.4. Construction signages
1.4. Photo documentations (Before, during and after)
1.5. Preparation of As-built plans after the rehabilitation (signed and sealed)
1.6. Light, power and water service connection; (toilet and security)
1.7. Bonds and Insurance
1.7.1.1. Surety, Performance, and Warranty Bond
1.7.1.2. Construction All Risk Insurance (CARI)
1.8 Validation of Structural Design

9.) ELECTRICAL WORKS
9.1 Installation of new panel boards and feeder lines. Ground floor (GPB1, GPB2), Third and Fourth Floor Distribution Panel (TFDP), Second floor (2PB1, 2PB2), Third floor (3PB1, 3PB2) and Fourth (4PB1, 4PB2);
9.2 Replacements of conduits and wiring for lighting, power, air conditioning units and elevator. Replacement of conduits plastic moldings for auxiliary wirings (CCTV, telephone fax, Internet and ethernet etc.);
9.3 Replacement of damaged, outdated, busted lightning fixtures and electrical devices;
9.4 Rehabilitation of the main distribution panel;
9.5 Dismantling of old panel boards and feeder lines;
9.6 Installation of new electrical room door for proper ventilation;
9.7 Provision of fire alarm system;
10.) PLUMBING WORKS
10.1 Repair and rehabilitation of roof drains
